We have several horses available for lease. Our lease horses are also involved in our lesson program, so you can be assured you are getting a well behaved horse who stays that way. It is like owning a horse but with out having to invest all of the time and money.

Leases are a great option for someone who is looking for more than a weekly lesson. They are also of great benefit to propel a student’s advancement because it will double or triple your seat time. Leases also allow for lots of time with your horse other than riding time. Often students move from lessons to leasing as another step in pursuing their dreams and goals. Lease options are also great for folks who have previously owned a horse and want to get back involved but do not want all the obligations and commitments of full ownership.

Our leases include a weekly lesson, full care of the horse and use of the facility. Tack, shoeing, feeding, stall cleaning, vaccinations are all included in the price. Schedule for leaser’s use is always flexible.

Scooby is an 8 y/o Quarter Horse gelding who’s name suits him. He is full of personality and popular with our students. He rides English and Western and participates in our lesson program. He has been shown this year and has the ‘WOW” factor in the show ring. He has been introduced to jumping and shows a great interest. He has gone to cross country schooling and was a “rock star” in the field, leading inexperienced horses and riders on the course. He is a fabulous trail horse as well. He is 15.3 dark bay with white socks and a star.

Rhett is an 9 y/o Thoroughbred gelding who is 16.2 hands tall. He is very pretty with an expressive head. He is suited for Hunter, Dressage, Jumping and Cross country. Our trainer has been working with him and he collects nicely and knows lateral work. He has been trail ridden and enjoys that as well. He is delightful to be around and not your typical Thoroughbred, he is extremely laid back. He goes to shows and participates in our lesson program as well. He has impeccable ground manners and is very sweet.

Smarty is a stunning and lovely 6 y/o gelding with incredible conformation and athleticism. He is white with black points and stands 14.2 . He can carry a tall rider because if his build and carriage. He has been schooled cross country , shown and trail ridden. He is a one in a million guy who never ceases to amaze us with his talent. He loves to jump and has wonderfully smooth gaits. He has infinite potential to take you in what ever direction you want to go. He has natural collection, an incredible jumping frame and picks up his leads from a halt or walk. Dressage folks are impressed with his natural talent and Jumper people are in awe of his abilities. This talented young star has only begun to show us his potential.
