The Crosswind Farms Tradition
Our farm is located 10 minutes outside of Asheville, North Carolina in Candler, where we were born and raised. The Crosswind Farms pasture has been in the family since 1963. We are third generation farmers and we are proud to continue the tradition of raising cattle and preserving farmland in Western North Carolina.
In our fast paced mass-produced world, you can tell the difference when something is done intentionally and with care. Our beef is cut at USDA inspected facility and vacuum sealed for easy storage. If supporting local agriculture and having fresh, farm to table food is important to you, lets talk.
Our Cows
We raise Hereford Black Angus cross cows at Crosswind Farms. They are pasture-raised, antibiotic free, and well loved. They have acreage to roam, fresh spring water to drink, and plenty of trees for shade. All beef we sell is humanely raised here at Crosswind Farms so you know exactly where your beef is coming from.
